Q

How far in advance should i order?

A

Ideally as early as possible, but at least 7-10 days before the date of the order.

We work on a first in best dressed basis and as much as we would like or try to fit all orders in at busy periods we unfortunately do not have the time.

What can i do if i need a cake in a couple days?

A

Still put through an enquiry, a safer bet is one of our “Ready To Order” cakes as they are less time consuming then our custom cakes. We will send you back a reply but please understand if we cannot fit you in.

What if i’m not allergic to anything?

A

If this is the case do not check any of the allergy boxes. Cakes are made to order so if you do not have any dietary preferences we will not use any substitutes in your cake.

What types of ingredients do you use as substitutes?

A

Depending on the allergy or dietary preference we use a wide variety of substitutes from coconut, soy, nuts and rice to name a few. If you want a list of ingredients from a specific cake, filling or frosting please send us an enquiry.

Do i have to live in Sydney, NSW to order a cake?

A

Unfortunately at the moment we are only catering to Sydney yes.


Q

How do i know if my order is confirmed?

A

After sending through an order you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice and your cake will be locked in. Depending on the time frame you will be asked to pay a 25% deposit or make the full payment.


Q

How do i pay?

A

When you get the invoice of your order you will receive the account details for payment. Please ensure all items on your order are correct before payment as orders are final and limited changes will be taken.

How do i receive my cake on the day of the order?

A

When your order has been accepted, a delivery address & time of delivery will be confirmed. At this stage all orders will be delivered and orders under $100 will ENCUR a $15 fee.

What can i have to decorate my cake?

A

These options have been left up to you. But please suggest things that are readily available or send us a query to see if it is something we can get our hands on. We will try our best to cater to all ideas even if we can suggest something similar.

How do i cancel my order?

A

Send through an enquiry quoting your invoice number. Please be mindful of your time frame as if you are cancelling within 7 days of your order you will not receive your deposit back.

Can i change my date of order?

A

In short yes, please send through an enquiry quoting your invoice number, the original date and the date you would like to change it to and we will do our best to fit you in. Although if a certain day is booked out we will try an organise with you a better fit.
