We start by taking my customers particular requirements and bring together ingredients that compliment chosen tastes.
I build on inspiration pictures from customers to match the look they imagine with my own vision to ensure your cake is as individual as my customers.

Take a look through our list of cake flavours and choose the one that most tickles your fancy or even select a few and stack up some tiers.
Then get creative with a filling, we have some great tasting suggestions but you can use your imagination. Pick something complimentary or build on the original flavours then choose a frosting and some topping to achieve your perfect design.
FITTING YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
We have a wide selection of recipes that can be adjusted to fit many common allergies and preferences. Depending on the requirement we replace ingredients with substitutes that give the familiar texture and flavours that are traditionally used.

In 2012 I began my pastry apprenticeship. I started at a local patisserie and moved onto a top Sydney bakery as Head Pastry Chef and 2IC of Production and am currently working at a renowned French restaurant in Sydney City catering dessert for lunch & dinner as well as solely creating and producing sweets and savouries for the bakery.
Throughout my career I began to notice more and more severe Eczema and other irritations stemming from my work. After speaking with various doctors and nutritionists I learnt I was allergic to variety of common ingredients I use everyday; including dairy and wheat.
From that point I was determined to bake with substitutes that taste just as amazing as the traditional ingredients.
Beating my Eczema I have never looked back. Starting up Createry Cakery to follow my new passion for creating cakes to fit the vast tastes and needs.
